Stitches used are ch and sc. The level of the pattern is advanced beginner. Most of the scarf is made by repeating a set of two rows so you’ll get the hang of it in no time! 

You could also make this in any yarn - any weight! I have made it in sock yarn (weight 1) as well as DK yarn (weight 3) and super bulky yarn (weight 6) and and loved how they all turned out. This pattern is easily customizable (easy to change width and length) and instructions for how to do so are included in the pattern.
