Superkid mohair and mulberry silk lace yarn hand dyed in the Yarntuary colorway “Phat Butt”, inspired by strawberry Pop-Tarts and named after the song by Ice Spice (listen for “Pop-Tarts” in the lyrics).
The colors represented in the yarn are that of the filling, crust, icing and green, red, pink, orange and yellow sprinkles. It’s so much fun to work up!
The yarn is a 1-ply 70% Superkid Mohair and 30% mulberry silk lace (weight 0) yarn (437 yd/400 m, 50 g).
Each hank is dyed by hand individually, however each hank in a batch is dyed using the same lot of dye.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but it is still recommend to hand wash on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
