OOAK Variant (Trial 7) of Part of Me Hand Dyed Superwash Merino Wool, Cashmere & Nylon Sock Yarn

This listing is for a OOAK (one of a kind) variant (trial 7) of Yarntuary colorway Part of Me inspired by the song by Katy Perry and cheetah!

This yarn has a beautiful warm yellow color adorned with cheetah spots and surrounded by a unique purple color. 

The biggest difference between this variant and the signature colorway is the purple! It is more purple, colder, lighter and also super pretty!

Part of Me is a special song to me because it is a reminder that no matter how hard things are or have been, creativity is born from pain and experiences that challenge us. The world can throw at you everything it’s got and that will only make the part of you that creates even stronger.

Working with this color is really fun and it stitches up nicely!

This is a great fingering weight, superwash, sock yarn, composed of 75% merino wool, 10% cashmere and 15% nylon. It is 452 yd and 100 g. Sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.

Each hank is dyed by hand and due to the nature of the process, each one is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another.

The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.

Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
