This listing is for one hank of hand dyed Merino wool and nylon yarn in a OOAK (one of a kind) variant of the Yarntuary colorway 24Carrot Magic, inspired by carrot cake and named after the song by Bruno Mars.
Colors represented in the yarn are that of carrot cake with cream cheese icing and decorative carrots on top!
The difference between this variant and the final colorway is the orange in this variant is less warm, the green is lighter, the cake color is less warm and the placement of color is a little different.Â
This colorway is so fun to stitch up and unique! Who else is going to have a garment or socks that looks like carrot cake?đ
The yarn is versatile as it can be used to make socks as well as shawls, scarves and other garments.
The yarn is a superwash sock yarn composed of 100% Bluefaced Leicester wool. It contains 430 yds and weighs 100 g.
The yarn has been dyed by hand using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
As with all Yarntuary yarns, each hank is dyed by hand!
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or wash in machine and on gentle cycle with cool water. Air Dry.Â
