🎧“I never knew,
I never knew
You could hold moonlight in your hands
Til’ the night I held you…” - Ariana Grande
This listing is for a PDF instant-download of the Moonlight Scarf Crochet Pattern, named after the song by Ariana Grande.
This is a good one to add to your collection! The stitches used come together to make a unique pattern with wonderful, chunky, soft texture.
Instructions are clear and concise and there are pictures throughout. At the end is a bonus step-by-step photo tutorial of each stitch used, as well as how to change color. Stitches are ch, sl, sc, hdc and hdc2tog (the last stitch is only used in the last row).
Materials used are:
- 5 skeins* Bernat Blanket or Baby Blanket (100% polyester, 330 yds, 300 g, weight 6) and a size P (10 mm) crochet hook. Colors shown in photos are Orange Flamingo, Tan Pink and Hazy Orchid.
*If making the 2-color version, need 4 skeins of one color and 1 skein of another color.
- You will also need a tapestry needle and scissors for weaving in and cutting ends.
Blanket measures 59 inches long x 35 inches wide. Size is easy to change/customize as multiple to chain is given at beginning of pattern and you can modify this to change the width. You can also modify length by decreasing or increasing the number of repeat sets you work.
I don’t anticipate you getting stuck as you work through the pattern, but if you do, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
