OOAK Variant of Goodbye (Trial 1) - Hand Dyed Superwash Merino Wool, Cashmere & Nylon Sock Yarn

This listing is for one hank of hand dyed merino wool/cashmere/nylon sock yarn in a one of a kind variant of the color Goodbye, inspired by one of my favorite songs, “Goodbye” by Apparat with Soap and Skin.

This variant is trial #1. 

The yarn reflects the colors seen in the very last second of the beautiful opening credits of the chilling Netflix show “Dark”, the black tree line, the blue night sky and the reddish glow from the plant in the sky. 

Each hank is hand dyed individually. 

This yarn is soft and luxurious . It can be used to make socks, shawls, sweaters and other garments.

This is a fingering weight, superwash, sock yarn, composed of 80% merino wool, 10% cashmere and 10% nylon. It contains 425 yd and weighs 100 g.

The bare wool comes from Italy and is sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.

The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.

Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
