The pattern repeat is easy to remember and quick to work up. With only one hank of sock weight yarn, you can make it in under 8 hours!
The scarf looks good when made with a solid color, as well as with yarn having different colors.
😍If use yarn striped with different colors, such as suggested below, you’ll get a beautiful, random geometric pattern that is sure to entertain you as you crochet. Note that opposite sides of the scarf will display different geometric patterns.
Materials:
-1 hank Yarntuary’s fingering weight/sock yarn; color Ewe, You Make Hooking Fun (100% merino wool, 399 yd, 100 g).
-Size D (3.0 mm) crochet hook
-Tapestry needle and scissors
It is also super easy to use this pattern with ANY YARN you would like!
Stitches used in the pattern are ch, hdc and sl. The pattern shows you how to hdc in two different ways!
The level of this pattern is beginner to advanced beginner, but I can tell you it is fun to work up no matter your experience level!
