Merino wool and recycled nylon sport weight yarn hand dyed in a one-of-a-kind variant (trial 9) of the Yarntuary colorway “the wind was blowing”, inspired by blue spruce and named after the song by Arny Margret.
The color of this yarn is a beautiful blueish green.
This variant differs from the signature colorway in that it is more green/warmer in tone.
The yarn is a 100% Fine Superwash Merino wool, 3-ply, sport (weight 2) yarn containing 328 yd and weighing 100g.
It is soft and can be used for a wide range of projects, such as cowls, scarves and more!
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
