This listing is for one hank of Merino wool, cashmere and nylon yarn in the colorway Cheeseburger in Paradise, inspired by and named after the Jimmy Buffett song. 

Colors represented in this yarn are those you would find in a cheeseburger: golden bun, brown burger, red tomato, green lettuce and yellow cheese!

The yarn is soft and luxurious. It is also versatile in that it can be used to make socks as well as shawls, scarves and other garments.

This is a fingering weight, superwash, sock yarn, composed of 80% Merino wool, 10% cashmere and 10% nylon. It contains 425 yd and weighs 100 g.

The wool is sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.

Each hank is dyed by hand individually and due to the nature of the process, each one is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another.

The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.

Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
