This large cross-body tote is the perfect project bag! You can sling it over your shoulder hands-free and it has more than enough room for your project plus any extras you want to bring along, such as an extra ball or two of yarn, a large notebook and a pouch for your hooks and accessories.

It is also big enough to carry a large iPad. Not including the strap, the bag is 15.25 tall by 14.5 across. Including the handle, the bag is 29.5 inches tall.

The artwork on the tote was designed by myself with the therapeutic nature of yarn crafts in mind. If I feel myself coming undone, I can always turn to yarn, relying on it to slow down the world and bring me back to a peaceful state. In this drawing I tried to portray that, creating a therapy session and giving the yarn the role of therapist. Can you think of a better therapy session?

The pouch is a mid grey that reminds me of a gloomy day perfect for cozying up with yarn. There are pops of golden yellow throughout the bag to draw the eye.

I wanted to accent the fall leaves as thinking about vibrant yellow maple leaves also brings me peace. For me this is not a seasonal bag - like many lovers of yarn, I like to work with yarn and think about fall and sweater weather all year long!

A few other little details to point out are the yarn bowl and alpaca statue that serve as book ends for the “therapist’s” books and the “therapist’s” degree hanging on the wall. And of course, I had to bring coffee into the picture and a notebook – if only yarn could talk and write – oh, all the things it may say...😉

Even if you don’t work with yarn yourself, you may know someone you could gift this bag to – people who crochet and knit love getting yarn-related gifts!

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to let me know!

I do accept returns on tangible items/physical products (just not digital items like patterns). I want you to be happy!
