Sparkly Merino wool and nylon superwash sock/fingering yarn hand dyed in the Yarntuary colorway “San Francisco (Be Sure to Wear Flowers in Your Hair)”, inspired by daisies and named after the song by Scott McKenzie.
This yarn has such a vintage vibe and features a dark stem green, a golden mustard-like yellow like the center of a daisy and a bright neon yellow where the main yellow color fades to white. The white, of course, represents the daisy petals.
Silver sparkle runs throughout!
This is a 3-ply fingering weight, superwash, sock yarn, composed of 70% Merino wool, 20% nylon and 10% stellina. It contains 400 yd and weighs 100 g.
Each hank is dyed by hand individually with care.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
