Merino Wool, Cashmere and Nylon superwash sock/fingering yarn in the Yarntuary colorway “Girls Just Wanna Have FUNFETTI”!
The colors in this yarn represent the colors of Funfetti icing and sprinkles! There is a creamy background and mint, orange, bright yellow and pink pops of color throughout!
This yarn is soft and luxurious . It can be used to make socks, shawls, sweaters and other garments.
This is a fingering weight, superwash, sock yarn, composed of 80% merino wool, 10% cashmere and 10% nylon. It contains 425 yd and weighs 100 g.
The bare wool comes from Italy and is sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.
Each hank is dyed by hand and due to the nature of the process, each one is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another. If working with more than one hank in a project, it is recommended to switch between hanks every few rows.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
