Merino Wool superwash sock/fingering weight yarn hand dyed in the Yarntuary colorway “Donut Go Breaking My Heart”, inspired by donuts with pink icing and sprinkles and the song “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” by Elton John and Kiki Dee.
The colors represented in the yarn are warm donut, pink icing and purple, blue, orange, yellow, red and green sprinkles! It’s so fun and such a joy to work with.

It is a fingering/sock (weight 1), superwash, 4 ply yarn, composed of 80% Merino wool, 10% cashmere and 10% recycled nylon. Each hank contains ~437 yd and weighs 100 g. This listing is for one hank.
Each hank is dyed by hand individually and due to the nature of the process, each one is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
