Merino wool and nylon superwash sock/fingering yarn hand dyed in the Yarntuary colorway “24Carrot Magic”, inspired by carrot cake and named after the song by Bruno Mars.
Colors represented in the yarn are that of carrot cake with cream cheese icing and decorative carrots on top!
This colorway is so fun to stitch up and unique! Who else is going to have a garment or socks that looks like carrot cake?😋
The yarn is soft and versatile as it can be used to make socks as well as shawls, scarves and other garments.
It is a fingering/sock (weight 1), superwash, 4 ply yarn, composed of 90% Merino wool and 10% nylon. Each hank contains ~437 yd and weighs 100 g. This listing is for one hank.
Each hank is dyed by hand individually and due to the nature of the process, each one is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
I do accept returns and exchanges. Your happiness as a customer of the shop is very important to me!
The wool is sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.
