Merino wool superwash worsted yarn hand dyed in the Yarntuary colorway “This Isn’t You”, inspired by the character Barb from Stranger Things and named after the score track by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein. The track plays in the Season 1 scene where Barb has her last conversation, during which she tells Nancy, “This Isn’t You”.
The colors featured in the yarn represent Barb’s hair, jacket, shirt and pants!
The combination of these colors in this yarn is really pretty and unique! It looks beautiful worked up!
This yarn would work well for making beanies/hats, cowls, scarves, twisted headbands and more!
This is a 4-ply, worsted weight, superwash yarn, composed of 100% merino wool. It is 215 yd and 100 g.
Each hank is dyed by hand and due to the nature of the process, each one is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
