Merino wool superwash worsted yarn hand dyed in the Yarntuary colorway “Not Chinese Food”, inspired by the vibrant green liquid the Russians brought to the mall in Stranger Things, Season 3 and named after the score track by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein.
The green of this yarn is so vibrant and fun. Slime, poison, mysterious chemical vibes! 🧪
This yarn would work well for making beanies/hats, cowls, scarves, twisted headbands and more!
This is a 4-ply, worsted weight, superwash yarn, composed of 100% merino wool. It is 215 yd and 100 g. This base is bouncy and feels great to work with. Sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.
Each hank is dyed by hand and due to the nature of the process, each one is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
