This listing is for one hank of hand dyed 100% Merino Wool yarn in a OOAK variant of the colorway “Triple Decker Waffle Eggo Extravaganza”, inspired by the tasty treat Eleven and Hopper eat together in Stranger Things, Season 2.
The colors in the yarn represent the color of Eggo waffles, whip cream and candies like Hershey’s Kisses, Mike and Ike’s and Reese’s Pieces! It is colorful, unique and yummy!
Why is this one a variant? First because of the placement of the waffle color around the whipped cream and candy colors. Second because the candy colors are a little more wildly placed on this one.
This yarn would work well for making beanies/hats, cowls, scarves, twisted headbands and more!
This is a 4-ply, worsted weight, superwash yarn, composed of 100% merino wool. It is 215 yd and 100 g. This base is bouncy and feels great to work with. Sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
