This listing is for one hank of hand dyed luxury Merino wool, cashmere and nylon sock-weight yarn in a OOAK (one of a kind) varient (trial 3) of the Yarntuary colorway “Scoops Troop”, named after the score track from Stranger Things by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein.
The colorway is inspired by the Scoops Ahoy uniforms in Stranger Things season 3!
Featured in the yarn are deep nautical blue and rich red. This combo is very summery and also reminds me of July 4th.
What is the difference between this variant and the final? The placement of color, the red is warmer and darker, the blue is warmer and there is no ice cream cone color.
As with all Yarntuary yarn, each hank of yarn is dyed individually by hand.
This yarn is 80% Superwash Merino Wool, 10% Cashmere, 10% nylon (425 yd/388m, 100g/3.5 oz, weight 1)
Due to the nature of the process, each hank is unique. There is not one that is exactly like another.
The yarn has been dyed using professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed in order to prevent bleeding, but I would still recommend hand washing on its own for the first wash.
Hand wash garments made with this yarn in room temperature water or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with low spin. Air dry.
The bare wool is sourced from suppliers that do not perform mulesing.
I do accept returns and exchanges. Your happiness as a customer of the shop is very important to me!
